Long vacant but always presumed to become housing one day; that day is imminent because the nearby County Council depot is to be relocated following the granting of permission for residential development. The school itself (for special educational needs) is not visible here. It has amalgamated with Round Oak School to become the Evergreen School on their two sites in Deansway and Brittain Lane. In the foreground is the east parapet of Grand Union Canal bridge 49 (Coventry Road).
