Imagine allowing your dog to toilet on your own local village green which also incorporates the area war memorial..... Some people are crass or insane. It obviously frustrated someone enough to motivate them to leave this polite note. Some dog owners are really beyond the pale. They are a worse blight than vandalism, littering and graffiti, which can be borne out of frustration, carelessness or even artistic urges whereas dog muck in or out of bags is borne of ignorance bordering on mental illness in my opinion.
