This is Pentaglossis sempervirens, a herb that has been established in the garden alongside the ramp. It has also appeared in two other places alongside the Brighouse bypass road, one being at the foot of the steps up to the Roman Catholic church. At first I thought it was Eyebright, also known as Germander speedwell, but that has leaves with wavy edges.
