In the first phase of coming out of the third coronavirus pandemic lockdown bars and restaurants have been allowed to open. However customers are not allowed inside premises and can only eat and drink outdoors. Here in Thomas Street the roads have been cleared of all traffic and seating areas provided. These take account of the need to still practice social distancing and adhere to government guidelines as to how many people can gather together in one place.
