According to their website https://www.hideoutyouthzone.org/about-us/ "HideOut Youth Zone is a safe and inspiring place for thousands of young people aged 8 – 19, and up to 25 for those with additional needs, to enjoy their leisure time. ... It is a charity dedicated to supporting young people by providing three things which all young people need and deserve – somewhere to go, something to do and someone to talk to. … HideOut Youth Zone is being delivered in partnership with OnSide Youth Zones and Manchester City Council and is supported by a number of businesses and philanthropists, who have a vested interest in providing opportunities for Manchester's young people." It was built on the site of the former Gorton Baths Image and opened in 2020.
