Rosemary Thompson House is a block of eleven 'affordable' apartments for older people built by the Leeds & Yorkshire Housing Association (LYHA). The development was designed by architects Brewster Bye, named after a local resident who bequeathed the land for it, and opened in 2018. (Source: LYHA website).
