Written by someone in their second language, by the wording, punctuation, grammar and word choice. I assume, anyway. Maybe even their third or fourth language. Which is better than I can do! (I can get by in English, and use basic schoolboy level French, Italian, Spanish and German and at a push Welsh! But I couldn't write a sign in Polish, Lithuanian or Romanian.)
