The older part is 17th century, with later alterations and additions, and probably now combined into a single house. They were collectively Grade II listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101039275-black-and-white-cottage-and-attached-cottage-blymhill-and-weston-under-lizard#.YDI8Q-j7TIU & https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1039275 in 1985.
