At Blackshaw Head west of Heptonstall at the Y junction of Badger Lane and Old Shaw Lane. The left face is inscribed: hand to left TO/HARDCASTLE/CRAGGS AND/HEPTONSTALL/2½ MILES/hand to right TO/BURNLEY/9 MILES. Grade II listed 404307.
