The pandemic and the restrictions continue but these visitors have spread themselves out anyway. Distance from others confers a degree of privacy. The flat area in front of the trees is the only trace of the terrace of The Priory. Built in Tudor times but empty in 1925, it was bought by an American couple, Mr and Mrs Weddell, dismantled, shipped to the USA and rebuilt in Virginia.
