The building centre right along Bimport is Castle Hill House, formerly a maternity annexe to the Westminster Memorial Hospital opposite and now a nursing home. It is Grade II listed, see https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1324764 The tower of Holy Trinity church was opened to the public for the first time in 2012 to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II.
