Near junction A65 Skipton by-pass. Located on the North side of road, on verge. Metal plate attached to stone post, WR casting design, 19th century. Inscription reads: BOLTON / BRIDGE / 4¾ miles / HARROGATE / 21 MILES / KNARESBORO / (23¾ MILES ) // SKIPTON / 1 MILE // SKIPTON & KNARESBOROUGH / ROAD / SKIPTON L B Grade II listed by Historic England.
