Situated just NorthWest of Easton Farm, protecting livestock from a marshy bit of the field. It is a wonder farmers don't do this more often considering the amount of time they must spend over the years replacing posts that have rotten centres due to the wet - it's just a thin piece of metal nailed down over the top. Was hoping the stone might have some legend attached, like a certain king in days gone by laid down on it for a nap in the sun before marching his troops to some faraway battle, as a few do round here. But alas it's just another big stone in a field!
