Crossing keeper's cottage, Colwick Crossing

Built c.1846 for the Midland Railway on its Nottingham to Lincoln line which opened in that year. Listed Grade II, refurbished in the late 20th century, but apparently unoccupied at present. The architect was probably T C Hine, the most prestigious Nottingham architect of the period.
