At the start of the first Covid-19 pandemic lockdown virtually all stores had to close. Zara was one of many, however, in early June it was reported that the Inditex group which owns Zara was to close between 1,000 and 1,200 stores across the globe. This branch in Basingstoke never reopened. (Day 120).
