The Public Conveniences have been at this site for many years but were upgraded at the turn of the last century. Since then they have won 'Loo of the year' Awards. The carved brick sculpture at the front of the building is by John Mckenna and reflects the industrial history of Rugby, showing Railways, Canals, Cement Works and Steam Turbines. Gloster Meteor Jets can be seen flying above the radio masts.
