To the north of the recycling facility in Methil Brae new houses are being built. This is Methil Brae Phase 3 and the houses are being built on the site of what was the car park of the Glencast Foundry which was located to the east of this site (left in this image). Although the foundry is long gone this part of Methil Brae is still known locally as 'Steelworks Brae'. https://www.kingdomhousing.org.uk/development/development/methil-brae-phase-3-methil/
