The whole of Westgate and the Headrow was being remodelled in 2019/20. This is the junction between Westgate and East Parade. The large terracotta building (the grade II listed Jubilee Hotel of 1904) looks to be vacant, as are the shops on the corner, possibly temporarily as a result of Covid-19 or the roadworks.
