This building was rebuilt in about 1905 and provided and maintained machinery and bobbins for the Holyrood lace mill that is behind the photographer. It has now been converted to town houses (seen here), shops and a café. This elevation clearly shows the outline of a north light roof, although it has been rebuilt.
