Carved stone post by the B1108, in parish of DEOPHAM (SOUTH NORFOLK District), East side of junction with Hall Lane, on the verge, on South side of road. Watton wedge, erected by the Norwich & Watton turnpike trust in the 19th century. Re-located from further East and re-furbished around 2015. Inscription reads:- : WATTON / 9 / MILES : : NORWICH / 12 / MILES : Listed. Milestone Society National ID: NO_NW12.
