This photo shows the pillar box in Lansdown Road near Lansdown Parade, and is one of eight such Victorian Penfold boxes in Cheltenham, https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-gloucestershire-23354673 refers. It mentions that on Mondays to Fridays, the last collection is at 9.00am, whilst on Saturdays, it is 7.00am. These post boxes are all Grade II listed. The tree lined Queen's Road can be seen behind the post box.
