A street in the centre of Harrogate with retail premises on both sides of the road. The car parking bays on both sides of the street have been coned off to allow more space for pedestrians to shop in a socially distanced way while the pandemic of the COVID-19 infectious disease was still ongoing during the summer of 2020.
