Grade II "GV II Early C19. Rendered facade with band at second floor sill height and wide, corbelled, eaves cornice. Roof not visible. Three storeys. Three windows, sashes with glazing bars. Altered C19 shop front, ground floor has cornice with end stops and incorporates two shop windows (glazing bars missing) centre and side doors, panelled side pilasters."
