Metal plate attached to stone post by the B2150, in parish of Hambledon (Winchester District), Hambledon, opposite Snowdrop Cottage, in hedge, on West side of road. Soberton stone erected by an unknown authority in the 19th century. Inscription reads: // Portsth / 12 // Not listed by Historic England. Recently restored by the photographer. Milestone Society National ID: HA_PODR12
