Amerie Court glimpsed from Newlands, the passing road. The house is of historical interest, originally a farmhouse formerly owned by recusants. In later years it was owned by the earls of Coventry as part of the Croome estate and was let to the Cartland family. Bertram Cartland and his family, which included authoress Barbara Cartland.
