Looking across Benton Road towards a pair of shops on the junction with Cornel Road. The hairdresser is open for the first time since late March thanks to an easing of restrictions imposed by the government which had been in place until the end of the previous day as part of its response to the outbreak of COVID-19 which struck the country. In the period between Image and this photo the modern bookmaker's signage has been removed from the other shop unit to reveal that of a much older business beneath.
