"Dated 1799, remodelled and extended in circa 1840" https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1108368 ; this extension involved the single-storey wing on the right. "Tuckenhay House is said to have been the manager's house of Tuckenhay Paper Mill". Seen from the Dart Valley Trail / John Musgrave Heritage Trail across the creek.
