This building, part of the 1930s Eastgate development (but seen here from the Lady Lane side) is described on the "secret Leeds" website as a former clubhouse of the Kingston Unity of Oddfellows, as also attested by a stone plaque on the end of the building Image It is currently vacant, and may not attract a new tenant as in 2019 it was granted a Certificate of Immunity (ref. 1463680) to a developer intending to redevelop the site, although that project will no doubt be on hold in the post-Covid recession.
