Planning permission has been granted by Canterbury City Council under application number CA//15/00968 for the “conversion of property from 8 bedsits to 5 self-contained flats, part demolition of rear projection and new flat roof, replacement of pavement light with wrought iron grille and sub-division of rear courtyard”. This was Image in January 2016.
