Planning permission has been granted by Canterbury City Council under application number CA//16/01868 for “proposed four-storey building containing 7 apartments following demolition of the existing dwelling”. Beyond was St Benedicts Nursing Home, 22-23, St George's Terrace for which planning permission has been granted by Canterbury City Council under application number CA//17/01632 for “proposed change of use from care home to residential; together with two-storey rear and roof extension, entailing roof lights to front with 3 dormers and roof lights to rear, to provide 10 apartments”.
