The Hoverfly is Helophilus pendulus [helo-, marsh; philus-, loving; the larvae of many hoverflies are aquatic]. The flowers of Ragwort [Senecio jacobaea] show the structure of some Asteraceae inflorescences, with marginal ray florets and central tubular florets. For the whole plant see Image
