Another blue-tiled street name to add to the collection, by the junction of the no through road with Meadfoot Sea Road. Manor Gardens is an Urban Landscape Protection Area, mapped as the wooded slopes above Meadfoot Beach, and where vehicle access ends, tracks and paths continue through the steep woodland. Confusingly, there is a nearby cul-de-sac in Higher Lincombe, mapped as "Manor Garden" but in use as "Manor Gardens".
