Believed to date back to the 17th century, on account of a datestone which mentions the date 1655, and built in the main of sandstone ashlar. It attracted a Grade II listing https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101038251-lilleshall-grange-lilleshall-and-donnington#.XuUSz0VKjcs & https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1038251 in 1983.
