Completed in around 2018, containing a KFC, Starbucks, and an Esso fuel station. The original complex was completed in around 2003, containing a McDonald's, Brewer's Fayre and a Premier Inn. Whilst acting as a small service station for the A42 (M42), it is close enough to Ashby's centre to act as a fast-food eating location for residents.
