The Gate is a restaurant alongside the B4236 Caerleon Road, the main road through Llanfrechfa. Viewed on May 22nd 2020 when the restaurant has been closed since late March 2020 during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic lockdown. A board near the entrance shows Deli, Butchery and Fishmongers now open (inside the Gate). https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/6486913 to The Gate name sign.
