Ancient yew in St John the Baptist Churchyard, Sutton at Hone

St John the Baptist Church dates from the early 14th century. The tower is from the Perpendicular period. The church is next to fields beyond the northern edge of the settlement of Sutton at Hone. This path is through what is almost a woodland on the eastern part of the churchyard. The stem of this ancient yew is hollowed out and it is clearly very old.
