Now buried in suburbia, this rather grand building was the printing works of W.E. Tucker & Co, built in 1898-99 by R.A. Briggs. Quite advanced in that underneath the polite neo-Georgian exterior is a reinforced concrete frame. Grade II listed. Now flats.
