The little cottage orné on the left dates from around 1820. Its Grade II listing reads "Timber-framed and plaster rendered with tiled roof and ridge stack. Outshut at rear. One storey. Two, two-light pointed-headed windows with Y-tracery on either side of similar arch to doorway. Central gable trellis porch of wood."
