Looking north from Anchor Close, at an odd junction layout where Anchor Road and Close sort of rebound off each other. Anchor Close, unlike Anchor Road, is council housing including blocks of flats and terraced houses. The sign is a slightly misproportioned version of the standard one from around 2000, screwed into the wall of a small playground rather than mounted on two posts. This is photo no.8 of a series of 451 in my coronavirus lockdown walking project: See https://www.geograph.org.uk/article/My-2020-Coronavirus-Lockdown-walking-project for the complete set of photos.
