Some new equipment has been installed at Crosshill village playpark since the previous photo was taken. Image shows the same view from 2006. It’s tempting to blame Coronavirus for the absence of children but the current generation doesn’t seem to value these play spaces like their parents and grandparents did. This park was nearly always quiet anyway before lockdown. Although the park is closed at the moment, there are 2 access paths that can still be used.
