Dickson Road was the last traditional street tram route to operate in Blackpool, services subsequently being restricted to the Promenade. Traditionally it was the terminus of the service to Fleetwood. This view was taken on the final day of operation. The railcoaches were part of the extensive modernisation of the Blackpool tramcar fleet in the later 1930s.
