Showing the Belle Vue entrance to the hospital. This has been closed for general use and is now designated for issues relating to the coronavirus pandemic. The lower floors of this corner of the hospital being set apart for this purpose. Photo taken from Belle Vue Park which, together with other parks in Newport, was closed by the local council a few hours later.
