This is the Carnegie Centre in Corporation Street, Tamworth. It was funded by Dunfermline-born philanthropist Andrew Carnegie and built in 1905 as the town's first Free Library. It remained so until a replacement library, the building behind, was opened in the early 1970s. Time photo taken 11.57 am GMT (Greenwich Mean Time).
