Carved stone post by the UC road, in parish of ILLOGAN (KERRIER District), Illogan Downs, North of Park Bottom, against bank on straight road, on East side of road. Erected by the Local Highways Board in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- : POOL / 1 MILE : : PORTREATH / 2 MILES : Grade II listed.
