Carved stone post by the UC road (was A30), in parish of HAYLE (PENWITH District), Carwin Rise, Loggans, on old road at Hayle bypass roundabout, opposite filling station entrance, on South side of road. Hayle facets, erected by the Hayle Bridge Causeway turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- : HAYLE / 1 MILE / PENZANCE / 9 / LAND'S END 19 : : CAMBORNE / 5 MILES / REDRUTH / 8 / TRURO / 17 : Grade II listed.
