Stone post (original plates lost - replacements fitted) by the B3303, in parish of CAMBORNE (KERRIER District), by bridge, at start of bridleway, by the road, on East side of road. Erected by the Local Highways Board in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- : HELSTON / 8 / MILES : : CAMBORNE / 2 / MILES : Carved benchmark on right-hand face. Cornwall & Scilly HER.
