Viewed from Mote Road, planning permission was granted by Maidstone Borough Council under application number 16/505425/FULL for the “demolition of some existing buildings for a new development comprising of 66 residential units. Change of use of existing barracks building into 4 flats. Change of use of existing infill building into 5 flats. Internal and external alterations of a listed building with commercial use. Provision of 77 parking places and 75 cycle spaces. Alterations to existing access (resubmission of withdrawn application 16/500537/FULL)”. This was Image in June 2018.
