Having crossed an un-named lane the path has descended steeply through a small patch of woodland to join Hawks Lane, seen here looking north west. The walk starts and ends near Chedworth Roman villa and takes in Chedworth Woods and Chedworth Airfield as well as passing through the village of Chedworth.
