It is a grade II listed building, which dates from the 18th century https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101069886-151-beach-street-deal#.XiNWjv43bcd This was Image in November 2018, when the house didn’t seem to be occupied. By January 2020, it had gained a name of Tradewinds.
