The east side of the street is dominated by King William House, 1974-77, by Elsworth Sykes Partnership. The entire building, other than the car park, has recently been refurbished to provide 30 one- and two-bedroom luxury apartments on the upper floors. The ground floor comprises 10 units suitable for retail, financial services, cafe / restaurant, and drinking establishment.
